2. Service
LaserLearn is an independent online learning and workflow-support service for laser engraving, laser cutting and practical use of LightBurn. It provides original LaserLearn explanations, structured learning, reference material, diagnostics, calculators and interactive workflow tools. LaserLearn does not provide the LightBurn software itself, and a paid LaserLearn plan does not include a LightBurn software license.
3. Independence from LightBurn and trademarks
LaserLearn is independently created and operated. It is not a product of, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by, operated by, or officially affiliated with LightBurn Software, Inc., unless a specific relationship is expressly stated in writing. The LightBurn name and related trademarks, logos and software intellectual property belong to LightBurn Software, Inc. or their respective rights holders. LaserLearn uses the LightBurn name only to identify the third-party software discussed in independent learning and reference materials. LaserLearn exists to help users learn and make effective use of LightBurn and, where useful, directs users to official LightBurn sources.
4. FREE, Supporter and PRO
FREE is ongoing registered access to resources marked for FREE. Supporter unlocks Supporter-level resources and PRO includes Supporter plus PRO-level resources. The public Pricing page and entitlement labels describe the current scope.
5. Ordering and contract information
A paid plan is requested online. Before the request is submitted, the user sees the selected plan, duration, price, invoice language and how an existing paid term affects the new term. The request records the Terms version and acceptance time.
6. Invoice and payment
Paid access is paid by bank transfer against an issued invoice. No card is automatically charged. The invoice number should be used as the payment reference. An unpaid invoice does not itself create paid access.
7. Activation
After payment is received and confirmed, a paid term is activated, extended or scheduled. If there is no active paid term, access can start after payment subject to the early-service-start choice and applicable law.
8. Same-tier renewal
Buying the same paid tier before it expires does not discard remaining time. The purchased duration is appended to the existing future expiry date.
9. Changing paid tier
If a different paid tier is purchased while Supporter or PRO is still active, the new tier is queued after the current paid term. The current paid term is not shortened. The next plan and planned dates are shown in the Billing account area.
10. Consumer withdrawal rights and early performance
Where Latvian/EU distance-contract consumer rules apply, a consumer generally has a statutory withdrawal period for a service contract. LaserLearn separately asks whether the user expressly requests paid service to begin during that period. If service begins at the consumer’s request and the consumer later withdraws where legally permitted, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for service already provided; where the service has been fully performed with the legally required consent/acknowledgement, withdrawal rights may be lost. Statutory rights are not reduced by these Terms.
11. Cancellations and refunds
An unpaid invoice may be cancelled through LaserLearn while it remains cancelable. Paid refunds, corrections or withdrawals are handled according to the circumstances, applicable law and the payment record; paid invoices are retained in the historical record rather than silently deleted.
12. Account use
A LaserLearn account is intended for the registered user. Login credentials must be kept secure and should not be shared to bypass access limits. Tester, admin and other internal roles follow separate access rules.
13. Content and intellectual property
Original LaserLearn materials, explanations, interface content and LaserLearn-created resources are LaserLearn/service-provider content and are provided for the user’s own learning and work. Third-party software, documentation, trademarks, logos, videos and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. References to LightBurn or other third-party products do not transfer ownership to LaserLearn. Republishing, bulk copying, reselling or redistributing protected LaserLearn content is not permitted unless separately authorized.
14. Availability and technical changes
LaserLearn is actively developed. Reasonable maintenance, module changes and temporary interruptions may occur. The service aims to preserve paid entitlement time and account data, but no uninterrupted availability guarantee is made beyond mandatory legal rights.
15. Changes to prices and Terms
Future prices, features or Terms may change. A price change does not retroactively alter an already issued invoice or already paid term. Each order stores the Terms version accepted for that request.
16. Support, official LightBurn support and complaints
Questions about LaserLearn invoices, account access, LaserLearn learning material or LaserLearn tools should be sent to the service-provider contact shown on the invoice or Help page. LightBurn licensing, official product policy, software defects and official LightBurn technical support are matters for LightBurn Software, Inc.; use LightBurn’s official channels for those issues. Consumers retain any applicable statutory complaint and out-of-court redress rights.
17. Applicable law
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable Latvian and European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections prevail where they apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
