1. Account data
LaserLearn uses account data such as name/nickname, email, language, country and authentication information to create and operate the user account.
This notice explains the main categories of personal data used to provide accounts, invoices, paid access and support.
LaserLearn uses account data such as name/nickname, email, language, country and authentication information to create and operate the user account.
For paid-plan requests LaserLearn stores invoice recipient details, phone, optional company/registration information, billing address, invoice language, order/plan snapshots, invoice numbers, payment status and access dates.
Data is used to provide the requested service, issue and retain invoices, process bank-transfer payments, manage access, send service notifications, support users, prevent abuse and meet accounting/legal obligations.
Depending on the data and situation, processing may be necessary to perform the service/contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate service-security and administration interests. Where consent is legally required, it is requested separately.
Data is not sold to advertisers. It may be processed by hosting, email, accounting or other service providers needed to operate LaserLearn, subject to appropriate arrangements, and disclosed where required by law.
LaserLearn applies account authentication, access controls and technical safeguards. Users are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure.
Account and service data is kept only as long as needed for the service and legitimate administration. Invoice/accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax rules; cancelling an account does not automatically erase records that must legally be retained.
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to certain processing and to request deletion of data that no longer has to be retained. Statutory complaint rights with the competent data-protection authority remain available.
LaserLearn uses necessary first-party session/account mechanisms to keep users signed in, remember language and operate security features. Optional analytics functionality is handled under the portal’s data-minimisation approach.
This privacy information may be updated as LaserLearn evolves or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.
For privacy, invoice or account-data questions, contact the LaserLearn service provider using the contact details shown on the invoice or Help page.
